General Manager & Site Manager in Mining Area (s)
Description :
- Reports directly to Managing Director.
- Responsible for all activities in Bauxite Mining at Site.
Scope of duties and responsibilities includes but is not limited to :
- Responsibilities for day today operation in terms of managing the mine activities in order to achieve the target as defined by the company from time to time.
Minimum Requirement :
- Male.
- Age max 45 years old.
- Bachelor degree (S1) from reputable University preferably in Mining.
- Literate Mining experience min 5 year; Bauxite Mining and Processing experience is an advantage.
- Computer literacy is a must.
- Detail oriented, organized and strong problem solving skills.
- High integrity, good personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Accurate and careful in doing controlling the data.
- Able to work under pressure, meet deadline, hard working, initiative & good team work.
- Proven track record as a contributory member to senior management team with the ability to work along side with to workers.
- Minimum POM certified; good knowledge of HSE.
