LOWONGAN KERJA FRESH GRADUATE - IT HELPDESK OFFICER

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide first level services to user in the area of IT Operation
  • Analyze and provide solution to end user for occurred problem in order to meet service level agreement
  • Tracking and monitor user request in related system, documenting and reporting the changes regulary will also involve
  • Supporting IT project when needed


QUALIFICATION


  • At least Diploma / Associate Degree from reputable university, majoring in computer or any related field.
  • Having 1 years experience as IT Helpdesk / IT Support. Fresh graduated candidate with broad knowledge are welcomed.
  • Good in programming application, Ms. Office application, other software and SQL server. Familiar with technical network and hardware / software troubleshoot will be a plus point.
  • Good communication skill, mainly in handling a complain or request. Willing to learn and help, and also performing good team work.
  • Diligent and organized person, able to manage priority, and showing good determination to finishing task.
