Lowongan Kerja Oil dan Gas - Marketing Manager
Key Accountabilities :
- Plan, Manage, and control company’s marketing strategies and policies, manage and control its implementation
- Develop mid term marketing operational plan and strategy
- Prepared marketing’s operational budget, manage and control its implementation
- Plan, manage and control the development of company’s marketing plan and strategy, including monitoring activities of coal market trends analysis and competitor activities to identify market opportunities
- Prepared customer needs analysis (i.e : customer segmentation and identification, etc)
- Coal price setting
- Define and propose coal sale’s term and conditions, including its term of payment (payment methods, appointed bank, etc)
- Maintain positive business relationship with existing customers, recommend the most profitable customer to head of marketing
- Develop and maintain positive business relationship with third parties related with coal marketing and sales (i.e : agents, exhibition and conference organizer, etc)
- Manage and monitor preparation of supporting marketing’s documents related to coal shipping process, coal export documents, invoices, etc; Final review on all supporting data and document to ensure the accuracy and completeness
- Plan, manage and control data preparation process and submit and coordinate with Operation function related to customer’s request and trends
- Plan, manage, and control data and documents preparation related to coal loading and shipping process (tonnage, coal type, etc); address current issues and anticipated potential problems related to coal delivery to provide up date and latest information to customer
Specific Requirements
- Over 8 years experiences in marketing role, with 5 years managerial experiences in similar industry, preferable from coal mining industry.
- Min Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Management from reputable university
- Male, Min 35 years old
- Good computer skill
- Good command in English both oral and written
- Highly self motivated person, good communication skill, attention to details, accurately, hard working, good initiative & teamwork.
- Excellent negotiation skill and interpersonal skill
- Good knowledge and understanding about mining industry trend and regulation
